Our journey as Cosmos earthings solution in Coimbatore, from being a micro-level supplier and trader to progressively becoming a large-scale producer has been filled with lessons learned, experiments, success stories, and enduring human relationships. Our R&D segment is comprised of 25% of our employee base, and has received a wholesome 15% of our annual revenue re-invested over the period of 10 years.
This has in-turn resulted in our team engineering our indigenous brand of earthing electrodes titled ‘COSMOS’ – We provide high quality earthing solutions in Coimbatore at highly economical prices.
COSMOS is a melange of traditional and modern electrical earthing technologies in context to safe earthing solutions as per IS 3043/1987. We’ve designed COSMOS products in two variants - a highly-conductive G.I. variant and the best conductive Pure Copper variant.
We’re constantly improving our offerings under COSMOS through experimentation and testing under various conditions. All resulting products are certified by CETL, Kakallur and SCL-CPRI, Bangalore for their performance.
To work towards our vision of becoming a world-renowned manufacturer of earthing and electrical safety solutions, we’ve invested in our state-of-the-art facility spanning 25,000 sq. ft.
The facility is also equipped with the latest technologies and machines like the Hydraulic Press, a CNC Press Brake, a Shearing Machine, a Perforation Machine and high-precision machines for welding, packing and drilling.
Our facility is also equipped for warehousing of our products ready for supply and shipment. To serve our clients at a moment’s notice, we’re always ready with high-volume inventory.
